In 2140 a duelist by the name of Valtor, crushed the powerful Philisian Empire that was oppressing it's people who didn't accept their Ideals of Perfection. But in its place he established his Empire to fill the power gap he created, but later on he takes over the entire world to make it more of a peaceful utopia. He allows people who want nothing to due with his Empire be, as long as they don't interfere with their supplies and citizens. But behind the scenes, Valtor is working on many shady projects.
